• I suggest contacting us four to five months in advance of the event to start the design process. Once you have approved your sample design, production typically takes three to four weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
• Rush orders are available at an additional cost. Samples:
• I would be happy to send you a sample. There is a $20 fee for each sample to cover materials and production, to be credited to you account when an order is placed. Payments:
• 50% is required upon placing your order.
• Balance is due upon approval of proof.
• We accept personal checks and money orders.
• Maine residents will be charged 5% sales tax. Delivery:
• Orders are sent via the U.S. Postal Service, 2-3 Day Express. Order Minimums:
• Twenty per item, excluding guest books and event signage Returns:
